Hi there, I’m Cyprianne, the designer and maker behind Pretty Darn Adorable Crochet. Over the years, I’ve designed hundreds of patterns and spent a lot of time sharing them on Etsy, where more than 80,000 makers have used my designs. Being able to connect with so many crocheters through their projects has been one of the best parts of this whole journey.
Along the way, I kept finding incredible designs from other creators, and I wanted a place where all that inspiration could be gathered in one spot.
That’s how The Gathered Stitch came to be. Every pattern featured here is hand-curated, personally checked, and chosen with care so you never have to wade through endless links or oversized lists. I keep my roundups small, intentional, and thoughtfully selected to bring you only the very best from timeless classics to fresh new designs. Why I Started The Gathered Stitch
On my main blog, Pretty Darn Adorable, I often hear from crocheters who’ve just finished one of my patterns and are already wondering what to make next. I wanted to create a space that gathers not only my work but also the beautiful creations of others a place that highlights the artistry, generosity, and heart within our crochet community.
There are so many talented designers out there, and I believe that by sharing their work, we can help more people fall in love with crochet all over again.
